Using industry standard software such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Acrobat with our two high-resolution, precision scanners, we can create prints or digital files from your hard-copy originals. Once a document is scanned it can be manipulated to produce quality prints in a variety of sizes. A scanned image can be printed, then copied in black & white or full color, or saved as digital files that can be used for print or Internet; including publishing, backup, storage, and archiving. We can even turn your digital image into a vinyl sign! The possibilities are endless.

Are there mounds of paper documents cluttering up your office? Do you keep them around "just in case"? Is there a whole room of file cabinets storing infrequently used documents?

Document Management is a process of archiving files to CD. In most cases, this process is used to get rid of bulky paper files. Our scanning technicians can run paper documents or art files through our scanners and copy the resulting files to CD. Most commonly this is done with old project files, manuals, documentation, drawings, and graphics. Archives can include indexes for easier retrieval in the event a document is needed. In some instances, customers supply digital files that our technicians can organize and copy to a CD-ROM.
