Forms are used in every facet of business and can
be designed specifically for each customer, thus yielding
endless product possibilities.
We offer a complete product line
of business forms and computer forms. Your business
forms should reflect the efficiency of your company.
We evaluate your forms needs and suggest ways to
help improve your overall efficiency. We can provide
your office with carbonless, continuous, laser and
inkjet invoices, statements, purchase orders, checks
and tax forms.
The
list below represents the most common products.
NCR
Forms - These are also known as
carbonless forms, commonly used for invoices, proposals,
agreements, quotation forms - any form that needs
more than one part and needs to have the multiple
parts be the same. Two-Part and Three-Part are the
most common. These forms can be punched, numbered
and have perforations, and can be printed in practically
any size, and can have either basic black ink, or
colored ink.

Unit
Set - These
are also known as snap out forms. Intended
to be filled out manually or
used in a conventional typewriter. Most commonly
these forms have a 5/8" stub to hold
the pages together and are produced with
carbonless paper.
These are produced as multiple part forms
with glue, and can also have sequential numbers,
perforations or be hole punched. |
Laser
-
Always a one part because laser printers do
not impact the paper, these must be built
with laser paper and laser friendly ink. Lasers
can get hot, the paper can curl and the inks
can run. Be sure you let us know how you will
be using any form we produce, so we can use
the proper printing techniques.
Continuous - Designed
to be used with printers that use pin
feed as a method of propelling the forms
through the printer. (Or can be used with
a standard typewriter.) One half inch
margins left and right is the
most
common
construction
but other sizes are available. The paper
can be multiple parts, glued, perforated
or punched
at your request. These forms can also be sequnetially
numbered. |

Checks - We
can produce checks as a continuous unit set
or laser form. Checks are a tricky item to produce.
The banks are very particular about the kind of
paper used and they are especially particular
regarding
the magnetic ink (MICR). Ask Tom about the specifics.
Form/Label
Combinations - This
is becoming a very popular item. Labels can be
integrated with a continuous unit set or laser
form. Consider using this product with invoices,
packing lists, and picking tickets. Use your imagination;
solve a problem, save some money!
